I want to go to Titi Eco Farm, what should I do?
When should I make a booking?
It is advisable to make your reservation prior 5 days of visitation date. For group booking,
you may book your trip one month in advance to avoid unavailability.
Is your booking officer contactable 24/7?
Nope, our booking officer is based at head office which operating hour is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Can I just walk-in to your farm without prior reservation?
No, our farm is only open for public on every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
If you wish to visit us on the other day, please contact us for enquiry.
Where is the farm? How do I get there?
Titi Eco Farm is located at Titi, Negeri Sembilan. Approximately 1 and half hour drive from Kuala Lumpur,
2 and half hour from Malacca and 4 hours from Singapore. We will send a Waze location to you once

How can we go to Titi Eco Farm if we do not have transportation?
We do have contact for transportation service. Kindly contact us for assistance.
How do I make my payment? Do you accept credit card payment? Can I pay at the resort?
Currently we do not accept credit card payment. All payment should be made before your trip
by online transfer or ATM deposit. We will provide you our bank account details after booking is made.
What does the One-night Farmcation Package include?
The One-night Farmcation Package includes 3 organic meals, accommodation and activities.

What kind of meals do you serve?
We are serving plant-based meal depending on harvest-of-the-day. We use
primarily locally-grown produce from our farm, as fresh as harvest within few hours.
To complete a dish, minority of ingredients that we did not produce we source
high quality one from the Organic & Local Homemade Suppliers.

I have a 2 year old baby, do I need to pay for him?
We charge children price for kids born between year 2006-2014. Infants born in year 2015 onwards
are free of charge, while kids born in year 2005 or earlier consider as adult price.
Is there any discount for senior citizens?
We do not have special price for senior citizens, price is same as adult.
Is it suitable for wheelchair users to come to your farm?
For wheelchair users to come relax and enjoy at our farm, we recommended you to come
with a companion who taking care closely as our farm is not fully wheelchair friendly
structured at the moment. Farm tour may be inappropriate due to walking into
plantation bed is require. Part of the activities are conduct indoor that wheelchair is fine to sit in.
Is Wi-Fi provided in your resort?
We do not provide any Wi-Fi as we hope our guest can truly enjoy slow pace life and get close to
Is there mosquitoes in the resort?
Yes, we can’t avoid the existence of mosquitoes as we are based in nature environment. However, we
do cover your room with mosquito net.
Do you provide toiletries?
As an eco-resort, we do not provide amenities such as towels, toothbrush and toothpaste.
However, we do provide Organic 2in1 Body & Hair Shampoo in bathroom.
I want to cancel the trip or cancel headcount due to some reason, can it be refunded?
Your cancellation of trip or headcount may affect our preparation to welcome you; hence,
refund of payment for cancellation is depending when you notify us on your cancellation regardless of emergency.
Cancellation notice received:
o 14 days or earlier prior to arrival date, full refund of cancellation value
o 13-5 days prior to arrival date, refund 75% of cancellation value
o 4 days-24 hours prior to arrival date, refund 50% of cancellation value
o Less than 24 hours prior to arrival date, no refund
o No-show on arrival date, no refund
Refund will be issued and processed within one month of written request.
